Term 3 begins

This term the main IRC focus will be on Book Week which is to be held 23-27 August.

There will be activities for both Junior School and Secondary students. The Children’s Book Council of Australia’s (CBCA) theme is “Across the Story Bridge” so we will use this theme in our activities for the week.
Junior School: Celebrate with a Book Character Parade across our own ‘story bridge’ near the Secondary Learning Centre. Tuesday 24 August, 8:45 – 9:45 am. Come to school dressed in costume if you are with mum and/or dad. Prizes for the most creative and innovative costumes will be awarded.
